The space

Featuring an airy design with panoramic views of crystal clear water in every direction, Villa de Ligera is a vacation experience like no other. Set in scenic Turtle Tail behind private gates, this exclusive area is ideally located a short 10 minute drive from the heart of Grace Bay.

Designed to perfection and featuring 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults).

• The pool dimensions are 54' x 16'; pool depth is 5'4". There is no lifeguard on duty.

Villa Policies

• Children welcome
• 2500 KwH Power Consumption allowance for a week stay. Excess will be charged at current market rate + 12% tax.
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
• Generally offered weekly on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis
• No smoking
• No pets
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out before 10:00 AM
