Villa View is a newly owned 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that is located on Chalk Sound and beautiful Sapodilla Bay Beach.

If you truly want to get away from the lights, loud noises, traffic, and everyday stress of your work life, then Villa View is the perfect place for you. The nights in Villa View are so peaceful that you may never want to leave, and the days involve great views of Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay. The walk to Sapodilla Bay Beach is less than 2 minutes. You are also a 5-minute kayak away from seeing Iguanas in their natural habitat.

The home offers a spectacular view of both Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay. It is located in the Harbour Gates subdivision. Villa View comes with a fully equipped kitchen, formal living room, and multiple bedrooms on the entry level.

Views of both Chalk Sound and Sapodilla Bay are available at all times.

In addition to being a short walk from Sapodilla Bay beach, this home is just minutes away from Las Brisas restaurant and bar which has amazing food, service, and views.

A short walk to lovely Sapodilla Beach. Chalk Sound is a highly scenic natural lagoon in the southwest of Providenciales. This national park features shallow and brilliant turquoise water with hundreds of small rocky islands, and Taylor Bay Beach, known for powder white sand and clear, turquoise waters.
Minutes away to Las Brisas Restaurant.
10 - minute drive to the nearest supermarket
20 to 25 - minute drive to the world's best beaches (central Grace Bay) restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Provo Golf Club are located.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was even more amazing than the photos on the website. The property manager was very responsive and welcomed us even though our flight was delayed by 4 hours. He gave us great recommendations for dinners and fun places to visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Beautiful property in our favorite part of the island. House had amazing views and can walk to sapodilla bay. Had everything we needed. Will be staying here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa View during our trip to TCI. It's perfect for a family that enjoys being away from the crowds and resort noise. Our teenagers really enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the insanely beautiful Chalk Sound. A few minutes walk to crystal clear water of Sapodilla Bay and we were able to take out the Jet Skis and do some exploring. It was a great place to use as a home base while we experienced the island. We really enjoyed coming back at night and enjoying the peace and quite by the pool or hanging out on the decks enjoying the great breezes. It was a perfect place for our trip.

We enjoyed the house very much! It was nice, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice location away from the hustle and bustle and a short drive if you wanted to be around it. A/C in rooms are FREEZING! My only complaint is there is no A/C upstairs in the living area/kitchen. So, when you come home from the beach and shower and want to relax upstairs...it is very hot this time of year! There is a breeze, but it is still warm. Mosquito spray is a MUST! Everything else was just PERFECT! Definitely recommend and I will return if I come back to TCI. It really is the best bang for the buck if you look around at other places. Oh, and Julian was so sweet and helpful. Always a phone call away and was able to recommend people and places to contact for excursions!
