We were a group of 12 travelling to Turks in the midst of Covid. The house was great for our group and the 2 bdrm guest villa worked out well. We had some technical issues with locks the first day but the staff were extremely helpful in getting these issues fixed in a timely manner. One thing that anyone who rents this villa needs to be warned about - the owner has an agreement with a boat charter that leaves from the dock. The owners of the boat would use the backyard of the villa usually 2x per day, as well as bring any guests through the yard who were going out on the boat. This became uncomfortable at times as we were trying to enjoy the pool and felt intruded upon 4x per day with groups coming and going. The people coming through had no idea that this was a private villa and not a public resort. This is something that should have been disclosed on the site so we could have made an informed decision about renting this villa. We wanted a private villa and not a resort or hotel, given the situation with Covid, and to have these intrusions by strangers was not the best situation for us. The property manager was extremely apologetic and worked to rectify the situation. We were reimbursed a small amount for the inconvenience, and had some items of appreciation dropped off, which was very nice. However, had we been given this information prior to booking we would not have chosen this villa. Villa itself was amazing, very clean and spacious and our property manager was amazing! 2 stars because of our experience but staff and villa itself deserve higher.

We were five couples and this house was perfect in every way. The online description does not tell the details of the house layout and it took a lot of questions back and forth prior to our stay to figure out the rooms and we were still surprised (although pleasantly). The house is nicer and better stocked then we anticipated and we would highly recommend this home. We had a couple of small incidents and the property manager was on it immediately.
